v. Kmart
Kmart fired a pharmacist who refused to dispense abortion-producing
drugs to the store's customers. But we told a U.S. District
Court that the pharmacist should be free to sue for her job
under a state "conscience law" which protects people
who don't want to be involved in medical procedures which result
in abortion. The court agreed, and we'll take the case to trial
soon.
